Mr. Chandrakant Narayan Mane, Founder and Managing Director of Sabari Engineering Co., is a distinguished Mechanical Engineer whose vision, expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for the company’s enduring success. Beginning his career with specialized pumping station installations and mechanical engineering projects, he established a reputation for excellence by delivering critical infrastructure works for some of Mumbai’s most respected institutions, including KEM Hospital, Nair Hospital, Lokmanya Tilak Hospital, Breach Candy Hospital, BEST, ONGC, MCGM, and NMMC. Through decades of technical leadership, unwavering commitment to quality, and a passion for nation-building, Mr. Mane transformed Sabari Engineering from a specialized engineering firm into a diversified infrastructure enterprise. Today, his legacy continues to guide the organization as it delivers integrated solutions across infrastructure, Ready-Mix Concrete, aggregates, and real estate development.

Dr. Nikhilesh Mane brings a unique blend of medical expertise, strategic leadership, and entrepreneurial vision to Sabari Engineering. A qualified MBBS and MD from Mumbai, he began his career in the healthcare sector, contributing to the development of advanced ICU facilities for leading hospitals across Gujarat. His experience in managing complex operations and driving organizational growth has shaped his practical and results-oriented leadership approach.

In 2023, Dr. Mane joined Sabari Engineering Co. to lead the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) Division, where he has played a key role in strengthening operations, enhancing quality standards, and supporting the company’s expanding construction business. As a second-generation leader, he is committed to building on Sabari Engineering’s legacy since 1989, while embracing innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Guided by a long-term vision, he aims to strengthen customer relationships, foster continuous improvement, and position Sabari Engineering as a trusted name in engineering and infrastructure solutions.
